For the seventh consecutive year, Washington City Paper readers named Beau Thai the "Best Thai Restaurant" in the Washington region. Beau Thai also secured second place in the category "Best Asian Restaurant."

By participating in July's third annual War of the Rosés, Beau Thai and sister restaurant BKK Cookshop donated 10% of July's rosé sales--$1,300--to three great causes in the D.C. area.

To celebrate gay pride this year, Beau Thai created its first pride t-shirt: RAINBEAU. Beau Thai donated $1,000 -- profits from the t-shirts -- to the Center for Black Equity.
