Beau Thai Welcomes Fall with Seasonal Specials, New Dishes & Cocktails

 

Washington, D.C. – September 2025 – This fall, Beau Thai is warming up the season with the return of beloved pumpkin favorites, inventive new dishes, and a fresh lineup of cocktails perfect for cooler evenings.

Back by popular demand:

Pumpkin Rangoon – crispy dumplings filled with spiced pumpkin

Pumpkin Red Curry – fragrant red curry enriched with creamy pumpkin, served with your choice of protein.

New this year:

Steamed Buns (three flavors): Pumpkin Spice (vegetarian), Chicken Green Curry, and Parang with Young Green Jackfruit (vegan).

Khao Na Gai – Thai Chicken & Gravy Rice: tender chicken thigh in a savory-sweet soy sauce, served over jasmine rice with pickled chili vinegar and vegetables.

Fall cocktails include:

Gin Basil Smash – gin, lime & fresh basil

Thai One On – rum, ginger, cranberry & lime

Tiger’s Tail – bourbon, allspice dram, lime, Thai tea syrup & bitters

“These dishes and drinks bring together everything we love about fall – cozy flavors, warming spices, and a little playful fun,” said Ralph Brabham, co-owner. “We’re excited to offer both comforting classics and new twists this season.”

Fall specials are available now at both Beau Thai locations (Shaw and Mount Pleasant) for dine-in, carryout, and delivery.
